If you want any say over how your hair is cut, Cadi at salon ego is not the stylist for you. I showed her a reference picture and the very first thing I told her was I did not want chin-length hair. My hair looks nothing at all like I had wanted, and yes, she cut it to chin-length! She told me that if I pulled down on my hair I could see it was longer.
