My husband took our son here for a haircut, and it was left uneven, choppy, and poorly blended. It was obvious the cut needed to be fixed, so I returned the very next day hoping they would make it right. Unfortunately, the stylist who did the haircut said she didn't have time to fix it until "maybe" the following week. She told me she would call me to schedule a time to fix it, but she never did. Yesenia was wonderful today. It was my first time here and she was welcoming right from the start. She sat down and listened to my concerns about my hair and helped me devise a better coloring plan than I had come up with to meet my goals. She even gave me a few tips to better my hair, things I'd never learned at any other salon I've been too, and I've lived all over the US. She was friendly and the 4 hours I was there really flew by. I'll definitely be back and I definitely recommend this salon.

I had such a great experience with Jameise! I came in with already dyed hair—colored at home, which I know can make things a bit tricky—but she was very honest from the start about what we could realistically achieve. I really appreciated that transparency, and somehow she still exceeded my expectations. She absolutely nailed the highlights. The color turned out beautifully blended and bright without looking over processed , honestly better than I expected given my starting point.
