Incredible service and a dedicated and caring staff. Nicole really took the time to make sure I knew the process and what would work not only for the color I wanted but what would work for my hair as well. As this was a redo color, Laura the owner was dedicated to making sure my experience and color result was everything that I wanted. not very happy with this place. scheduled a consultation to discuss what its needed. okay. great. you can do it. schedule an appt to get it done. great. go to the appt, supposed to come out with purple hair. comes out with green hair. how in the world is that even possible?!?! okay. schedule a new appt to fix it. go to the appt. come out blonde and just the roots light purple, some areas in the back green/blue. Our family relocated from Texas to central Florida a few months ago. I had an Aveda salon and hairstylist back home, that I absolutely loved, so I was nervous to find a new hairstylist and salon. I have been to the salon 4 times now, and each visit has been wonderful! I took my daughter here for her first haircut, and Grace did such a great job, I booked an appointment for myself! I just got my haircut from salon Dulay my stylist was grace she did fabulous job I’m so happy with the services and the classy environment,this place offer beverages and snacks also complimentary hand massage and aroma therapy,shampoo and conditioner was also included in services. Highly recommended and I’m giving 5/5 stars.
Bernice is THE COLORIST! So talented! Brandon is THE BEST HAIR STYLIST! They both work so hard to give me exactly what I want/need. Love you guys!
the whole experiance is awesome start to finish. the staff is extremely professional. i had my hair done by Marisol Gonzalez and she was amazing! she did a color job that was to dye for. (get it lol) My hair has never looked better. i walked out with such a confident boost. Marisol was so friendly, attentive, and the girl knows her stuff! i cant imagine going to anyone else.
