Had an amazing experience today with Karli - I wanted a complicated color job over previously colored hair and she consulted two other hair dressers (Rachel and kelsey), showed me multiple swatches and it turned out amazing. I love that they can customize your color - I wanted a warm red and they were able to tweak the formula until it was perfect and ultimately put two different mixtures on my head to balance out darker areas with lighter ones.
