We were new to the area having moved here from Dallas. Coming from a high end area in Dallas I have high expectations. My wife came in and saw a lady named Becky and was not impressed. She felt rushed and unimportant. When new to the different area I always look up on the BBB ( Better Business Bureau) but this time I did not and wish I had.
