I had an excellent appointment here today. My nail expert, Lily, did a fantastic job. She was super sweet and matched the inspo photos almost perfectly. I WILL be going back for my next nail service!
Initially, I gave this business a 1 star for chipping nails after 3 days, but after going back I will have to change my rating to 4 stars. I compliment the manager for personally reaching out to me and offering a re-do. She was pleasant and most concerned that I leave happy this time around. She did a lovely hand-painted flower to replace the previous design. See new pics below! Previous review-I had scheduled a dns powder dip manicure and signature Pedi with regular nail color...
I am so so pleased with my experience!! I called ahead to make an appointment and was seated instantly when i got there. Winnie did my full set and she did a phenomenal job!!! I showed her a few inspo pics because I really didn’t have a set idea of what I wanted to do, but I knew I wanted it to be cute and girly and glam. And she exceeded my expectations! I normally don’t like to complain, but something I really didn’t like is that I called the place and asked for acrylic nails. I arrived at the salon and again, when they asked me what I wanted, I said an acrylic set. The guy asked me if it was a full set and I said yes. Before I knew it, he was already putting soft gel on me. At that point I didn’t even know if it’s that they don’t understand the word “acrylic.” By then, what was I even going to complain about?
