I had Nhu Quynh Lam today for a Halloween design idea I had and she did an incredible job making it happen. I’ve always loved this salon, but now I will be getting seasonal designs regularly. She also introduced me to Gel X, and I will never go back to acrylics. She was also so patient with me when I’d squirm around trying to stay awake after working a night shift. Loved this appointment!
I don’t think I’ll be coming back here. This is now the 3rd time I have had an appointment and I had to wait over 20 minutes. Yesterday, I called and made an appointment for 10:15. I said that I needed my gel x soaked off and a new acrylic set. When I made the appointment, the woman I usually make an appointment with was out of town but o was assured that I would have an appointment with someone else who would be great.
