Very bad customer relations, which is most important to a business. I had an appointment scheduled & confirmed with Holly Fischofer. When I arrived the receptionist informed me that he did not have a record of my appointment, so I showed him my online confirmation. It is a beautiful, intimate salon. I was a client at 427 but it was so loud and not spa like. Salon de Jolie has all the personal touches I love in a nice calm environment. My stylist Chyenne is amazing.
