Staff are rude and not kid friendly. We went there no one even approach us. My son ran cause he got excited with the lego table and the lady with the short hair frown as if my son did something wrong. That signals me that its not place for kids.
A great haircut at a very reasonable price. The staff is fast, efficient and friendly. With an appointment, you never have to wait.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I asked for a 1/2 inch trim. I’ve been growing out my hair for 6 months and it was the best it has ever been. The hair stylist cut off 3-4 inches. Feathered the length half way up and feathered my bangs so thin!!! Not only that, it was uneven and choppy. It looked like I cut it myself. I went back a second time to ask them to fix it and it still came out uneven!!! I went back a third time to ask for a refund and they only gave me $17 out of the $45 I spent. Not even half.
