I went in with a botched haircut(I mean a really bad haircut ) I thought I would have to cut my shoulder length hair to my ears but Alessia and Carlo fixed it to my surprise. The result was amazing. I was very happy with the cut and color I got. This family owned salon takes pride in being professional and giving there customer 100% satisfaction guaranteed. my appointment was at 1: pm I left almost at 5: pm my hair is short I wanted to form a bob and darken the ends. I showed the picture nothing to do with what they did to me. 1 photo is how the second one arrives is how they left me and the third was what I wanted. pay $ 100 for this. I’m frustrated.😢

I changed salons because it was kinda far to drive. Now I know I will only leave Carlo when I go to the salon in the sky. I just sit down and he does the rest. He really knows what looks best.
