The staff excels in giving the client what they want or trying to achieve. My hair was tattered, dryy, breaking off and unmanageable. I decided to get locs and my hair journey is Dynamic!! THANK YOU!!
I was assigned someone who did not know how to properly perform two strand twists. She messed up multiple times with my hair and had to redo the twists. I even got burned when she used hot water to soften the extensions. Terrible service! My hair did not last long before untwisting because it was poorly done!
10/10 I highly recommend. This was the most efficient braiding experience I have witnessed. Everyone was kind, professional, hard-working, collaborative, and jumped in to help when needed- at one point I had four ladies working on my head. The service was top-tier and this will be the place I now go and get my hair done from now on.
They are great and authentic really care about what they do and are understanding and compassionate group of people, high respects to them all and love the way they assist each other
