i had a horrible experience with Ava in loft 4 i came in with super long and thick hair , i tried to give her a heads up that i had a lot of hair and messaged her the night before and got no response. the day of my appointment i was about 10ish minutes early i walked past her suite and no one was there so i went the the bathroom till it was time for my appointment when i came back to the suite it seemed as if she had just walked in and was cleaning up a mess of hair. she rushed the haircut in many ways , after she finished s... read more
