Amazing customer service I went in because one of my other appointment with another place door was locked even thou i had a scheduled appointment. They took me without hesitation helped me schedule and appointment with them for the same day. There very accepting and supportive and I have a good conversation with the lady that was cutting my hair. Very nice to everyone even with me being trans. Also gave me 20% off for having my first haircut there.

Great location for me at I take Metro bus where I live it drops me in right next to the salon I've been going there please 5 years now every time I go I'm always satisfied with what they do how to style my hair
