Everything started out ok- but with 30 minutes over, I was 20 minutes late to my eye doctor appointment, the stylist said and I’m not kidding- “I hate bangs” while avoiding blowing mine out- I asked for 1/2 inch to an inch off. He replied ok so a dusting- if a dusting means half an inch to an inch then yes- come to find out he barely took anything off because I still have split ends and when I got up from the chair, there was no hair on the ground. I had an amazing experience with Jim at Salon Central OTR! From start to finish, he was friendly, professional, and really listened to what I wanted (and didn’t want) for my cut. He made sure to take the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, and the result was perfect! I left feeling confident and refreshed, and I can’t wait to return. I have been going to Jim for years. He is a master at color. My warm golden brown looks shiny, healthy with lots of volume. Have very fine hair and you would never know it the way he cuts styles and colors.

I like this salon a lot. They are very skilled, take their time and listen to your preferences. I will go back!
