Love it! And my hair Went into Salon Cache for the first time last week to get this new Ombre look that all the stars are wearing..... appointment was with Cara and let me tell you, i could totally see myself being friends with her. What a great relaxed vibe and cute salon. Not only did I find my new stylist , but got exactly the color I wanted and even bought a purse while I was there.... so cool.

Cancel my Brazilian Blowout Voucher? I have a voucher for a Brazilian Blowout offered by Megan at this salon. The voucher says to call to set an appointment and the message you get is that there is a high volume of calls and to wait 48 hours for a return call to set the appointment. I called on Nov 30 waited 72 hours, no return call. I called again on 12/3 still no call. It has been a week, no acknowledgement. Found a very mixed batch of reviews for this salon. No stars here!!! Salon Cache is a dirty salon. The owner is the most disrespectful person. I came into salon cache to get my hair done it was hot (no air conditioning) and very disorganized. The owner was doing her own hair and the phone rang off the hook. The day I came into the salon the hair dressers were all talking about the owner and not in a good way. I found no reason to return to this salon. Liked my hair but I'm sure I can find a clean salon with kind people that can cut my hair.

LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO GO IT WAS THE THE DIRTIEST SALON THAT I HAVE EVER BEN TO. AND EVERYONE WAS RUDE. i WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR. tHE STYLIST WAS OVER AND HOUR LATE NAD JUST ACTED LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL. BIKE. STINKY.WHOLE SALON NEEDED A MAKEOVER. Wow wow, what a hidden gem! Great salon! I recently met up with some friends at Suds sports bar in huntington beach for football. While i was there, i walkd in next door to Salon Cache to check it out because i was gonna need my hair done soon. I made an appt and came back the next day. Definitely go here! Beautiful salon! I finally had the guts to change my look!! I did some research before i decided where to go, and after several referrals and great reviews, I called Salon Cache and made an appt! I am so glad I did! I cut off 12 inches and completely changed my color. I have had so many compliments. So far my mom, sis and I have had our hair done there. Very reasonably priced and very cute inside. Staff is very nice too!!! I recommend it highly!!!

0 Star for this Horrible Salon!!!! Please do not go to!!! I had a Japanese hair do at chashe salon and it was horrible. The stylist burned my hair that I had to cut most of it. When I called her to enquire more information on how good is she with the straightning she told me that she has been doing it for 14 years and that she's excellent at it. And so I set an pointment with her. When I showed up right on time she was with another client. She totally ignored me and had me wait about 1/2 hour until she finished the hair cut ... read more

Nice Salon! Erica & her stylists (ask for Jackie!) are on their way to being an HB favorite. Love the decor and location. Friendly, not snobby or uptight - and are GREAT to their clients!
