I was really looking forward to my first appointment at this salon, but unfortunately, it didn’t go as planned. As a first-time customer, I expected a smooth and professional experience, but the lack of hot water completely derailed the beginning of the service. It’s worth noting that this issue was entirely out of the stylist's control—I could see her trying her best to contact the manager and work around the problem.
