Totally overpriced and lackadaisical “stylist” and “Color Educator” Elizabeth. . Terrible on both accounts. Worst color and cut ever. $259 for 16 minutes of highlights and a 90 second haircut. Doesn’t even say goodbye to you. Wow. Done with this salon.
Terrible I am not one to complain, but I had a horrible experience at Salon Bogar. I had recently gotten a new job so I wanted to move a bit more upscale than the salon I was going to before and I thought this would be the place. BIG MISTAKE. The grass is NOT always greener. Salon Bogar is not worth contacting I was thinking of trying out Salon Bogar and I emailed them asking them a few questions and have yet to receive a reply. I asked a few friends and they had nothing good to say about them either. They are rude and act like they belong on Newbury Street but yet their work doesnt even come close. I am so glad they never called or emailed me back because in the mean time I found out how bad they are to customers as well as their services. Bad Experience, Not Going Back I recently brought my daughter to this salon to see a male stylist, Charles who I was told was a "Senior" designer. When she walked out it looked like she had been out partying all night. He asked her if she wanted it curled but told her that he wasn't very good at it. It definitely showed. Shouldn't you know how to use a curling iron as a "Senior" designer? My daughter said he was very nice but she didn't like the style and her cut was uneven so she didn't want to go back there. Salon Bogar is friendly, professional I think you get what you pay for. If you find the right stylist you can get a great service for the price. If your not interested in a product say so and move on. Clean and pleasant. The 20% last minute appt. fantastic. My husband loves to go for the head massage.
Software Company Vice President I have been a longstanding customer of Salon Bogar and NEVER go anywhere else. The service and attention is balanced with professionsalism, skill and pleasantness. I experienced a poor outcome once (many many years ago) and the owner himself thought it should be better and fixed it without a word from me! That's excellent customer service! second time around I recently decided to try salon bogar for the second time ( it has been about 5 years) and I loved it this time around. The vibe of the place is happy and upbeat and my stylist was so nice! I loved my haircut and will definitely be back soon!
Top Notch Salon This salon hands down is one of the best I have been too all the way around. They have superior customer service from the from both the front desk and the stylists. I will be booking again and will also bring my daughters. This salon is top notch:) Many thanks:) Best wishes
