Never disappointed!! Always a great cut and color from Michelle. She really knows what she's doing. Even if I think it's a good idea, she'll be honest and tell me it's not.. like when I wanted to go blonder, but she told me it would be a bad idea because it would damage my hair. I always get a ton of compliments after my appointments with her.
Salon manager very rude and belligerent. Michelle is a good stylist but a ditz, screwing up 2 of my appointment times. When she did get time right, I felt like a therapist hearing about how tough her life is managing her young child and daycare.
Michelle is awesome! Exactly what I asked for, I love it�
