For the price of the pedicure you shouldn't have to ask for a cup of water or the warm compresses that are promised with the $50 pedicure. Cheaper pedicures at other places include the same things, plus massage chairs and a leg massage.
Had a hair appointment Friday. Got there, checked in and sat to wait for my stylist. After a few minutes of waiting, Judy came over to inform me that my stylist had a family emergency and wasn't coming in and that a receptionist should have called and told me. I never got a phone call and when I checked in, I was not informed of this either. Amazing staff, everyone is very knowledgable and well trained. The staff keeps learning and always offers advice on the latest looks and techniques.
