I wanted to try this salon. Sadly super disappointed. I booked night before, is there a mention that book 3 days before? None. Im here at their door, and NOBODY is here.
I came here to get a haircut during a little downtime prior to a work event for a couple days in the city. The place had good reviews and Lillian had an opening, perfect! What I didn’t expect was the amount of time and detail Lillian put into my cut. Oh my gosh I was blown away. Also, watched supportive staff cleaning so frequently during my visit! I've been a client at this salon for over 17 years. Lillian and the team are fabulous hairdressers, best in the city. Jennifer at the front desk is a sweetheart. I always come out feeling so pampered and amazing. Highly recommend!!!!!
