I came in as a first time client with an appointment for 12:30. I got there at 12:15- okay no problem. I didn’t get to be “shampooed” until 1:30 where they lady doing the shampoo was very dry and unwelcoming. She barely touched my scalp, rinsed me, told me she didn’t have time to blow dry me and then had me sit at a chair while she went on to flat iron her own hair. From the time I booked my appointment, until I completed my service, I had a truly amazing experience at your Salon. From the young lady who booked my initial appointment, the receptionist, your assistant and then your service and treatment of my hair, were all very professional and great customer service. S when I got in your chair, You asked me about my lifestyle, what I did and most importantly, how “I” wanted my hair. You showed knowledge and you gained my total trust. Happy to be back in the A... After returning to Atlanta I had to find a Professional Hair Salon. The salon was nice but i hate going to salons due to the time. It took me 4 hours just to get a press. I initially when in for a braided bun but they talked me into a press. I am a natural. After i washed my hair a week later i noticed that my curls are not like they used to be. my curls as so much looser, which i dont like...... after a shampoo, deep condition, press and trim.
