I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I booked my appointment two weeks in advance with Richie and even called the salon to confirm they could do my color too. A week before my appointment, Richie texted me asking if I could come in earlier at 11:15 AM. I arrived on time, but he was still working with another client. I had a great experience with Nicole! She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for for my hair and helped me get there with her thoughtful questions. She checked in throughout the whole cut to make sure it was what I wanted. She also gave me a lovely scalp massage when she washed my hair which is just such a nice touch. Thank you Nicole!

I had an absolutely fantastic haircut from Nicole today! This is, without a doubt, the best haircut I’ve had in over the last three years. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend—10/10!

I walked out of the salon crying. Disappointed. My friend recommended me this place last minute because my hair stylist which I love was booked. I leave for NJ, NY, & CT tmm morning. I spoke to the salon via DM on Instagram and asked if they ever worked with my hair type before since I don’t see a single person of color on their page. They responded saying to book with Richie or Chelsea because they have experience with My hair.
