Went here for the first time this week and had Sarah K as my stylist and she did not fail me. my hair was pretty dead and was looking for a more defined front framing pieces and she killed it. i feel so confident and happy. Not only is she amazing at what she does but she’s so friendly and kind. it was a great experience overall. i highly recommend the salon and Sarah!
Exceptional service start to finish. I am so happy with my hair. It is perfect. Alexia, is very attentive and detail oriented. She provided great color recommendations, and was also able to match my inspo picture perfectly. I will definitely be referring friends and family - highly recommend!
I’ve had three bad experiences here and, although I’m pretty flexible and willing to give the benefit of the doubt and know that mistakes can be made, the third time is the last time for me. I will not be returning here and I hope this business can be more respectful of people’s time and get more organized in how they go about scheduling both new appointments and follow ups.
