I’ve had three bad experiences here and, although I’m pretty flexible and willing to give the benefit of the doubt and know that mistakes can be made, the third time is the last time for me. I will not be returning here and I hope this business can be more respectful of people’s time and get more organized in how they go about scheduling both new appointments and follow ups. I recently visited Salon Beau in Andover and had my hair cut by Sean, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I came in feeling frustrated because my hair always has also been very thin, dull, flat, and lifeless. Sean completely transformed it and gave me the best haircut I've ever had.
