I walked in and asked for a haircut (a high top fade). The Manager who I initially spoke with ended up passing me off to one of his not so strong barbers who I can't fault because instead of the Manager taking me on to do my haircut as he is a little more seasoned and skilled, he instead decided to scroll on instagram and then next customer who walked in who happened to be white, he ended taking him on and from where I was sitting, one could argue or draw a connection between the two, but I'll leave that up to you for interp... read more
I had an apointment with Mane but it didn't happen. Also 35 minutes late. You need to follow the schedule, people have other plans for the day. However, Hector took me and he did a great job👍🏽 the level of professionalism of the staff is high, do some management.
