Karen, quite frankly we were as disappointed as you were that we could not do your massages this morning at 10:00am. I actually checked the email last night at 9:00pm, well after working hours, hoping to hear back from you and since you had not provided me with a phone number I was unable to call. RecommendedAllie did a phenomenal job! All I got today was a cut & toner but I will certainly be back for all of my hair needs! She is easy to talk to and makes you feel very welcome. She is helpful and will get you the results you want!

Extremely overpriced. Ally (?) totally messed up my layers and then tried to say it was "breakage". No style after services. Simple blow dry with round brush after color/cut upwards of $200 paying a decent tip when unhappy. Let it be known I visited 3 times before calling it quits. Shop around and save your money for better service. PS - please dust your baseboards.
She does a fantastic job. The biggest recommendation that I can give, she listens to you. When you walk out, you will have exactly what you asked for.
