I found a gem in Shakopee. Seriously, the staff is so pro AND friendly! Not common these days. Affordable. A beautiful salon next to Target. All you busy moms need not look around anymore! Amy
Don't let Amy near your hair. She doesn't listen very well. I asked for red highlights and got gold. I asked for a wispy feminine haircut and even brought in a picture, and she cut my hair as short as a man's. One side was at least a half inch shorter than the other with a chunk of hair missing. I was in shock when I left, should not have paid. Went back two days later to ask for a refund and the owner refused(over the phone, two days later) because I didn't refuse to pay the day it was done. Not professional. Treated poorly... read more
I just recently had highlights done there and couldn't be happier! The staff were welcoming and when I was trying to decide on a color, the stylist was giving me tips and tricks to picking a color that would go with everything else! She was super friendly and carried on a great conversation so it was just someone playing with my hair. She also introduced me to some newer hair products than what I was currently using and I ended up making another purchase. Definately worth the money and will be going to back!
after spending many many hours and multiple visits trying to get the highlights done right in my hair, which included just 2 different colors, i was incredibly unhappy with the way it turned out. When i was told to contact the owner he was incredibly unhelpful and did not care. This place is way overpriced and does not care about customer service
