I had my hair cut by Aliza, and a junior stylist did the blow-dry. Honestly, this was the worst haircut I’ve ever had. She literally cut a completely straight line around my neck, and I’m still suffering from it. Now I’m waiting for my hair to grow back enough so I can go to a proper salon and have it fixed. I found this salon because of all the positive reviews online, as well as a feature in a magazine. I went in for perm with Toni sometime in end of last year, came in with straight hair and following all instructions and buying the creams/serums from their line after first wash (3 day post treatment) hair is more or so straight and fried, the haircut was terrible as i was told by another hairstylist but that is not what im here to discuss. i know wasn’t told maybe my hair won’t take perm or that would be smth to consider was supposed to do a perm and came in for a perm TX bc my complain that my hair wasn’t curly or permed ... read more
