Romulo is great! He cuts both mine and my wife's hair. All the other staff I've met are wonderful, as well.
I got my haircut with Aliza yesterday, and unfortunately I left really disappointed. I had gone in wanting light, soft layers with the goal of eventually growing my hair to one even length again after dealing with damage. While I understood that a fair amount needed to be cut off, the final result feels extremely uneven and the layers around my face are much harsher and shorter than what I had asked for or what suits my face shape.
