Love getting my hair done with Rom! He always goes above and beyond and gives incredible details, suggestions, and explanations. He also helped save my hair after another salon messed it up, so I will definitely only be going to him from now on :p
My experience at this salon is always so great! All of the staff are incredibly gracious and welcoming, and I always walk out feeling amazing! My favourite salon in Toronto.
I had my hair cut by Aliza, and a junior stylist did the blow-dry. Honestly, this was the worst haircut I’ve ever had. She literally cut a completely straight line around my neck, and I’m still suffering from it. Now I’m waiting for my hair to grow back enough so I can go to a proper salon and have it fixed. I found this salon because of all the positive reviews online, as well as a feature in a magazine.
