Salon at the Lake has undergone an overhaul in 2013. Brand new stations, tile floor, paint, furniture, new stylists and a new shampoo unit (sink). Sorry your experience here wasn't the best! No pets are allowed in the salon, but clean towels with hair dye stains will definitely happen. All I can say about the (only) negative review that the salon has ever gotten is coke check us out now! This salon is a joke. If you like looking at dog hair in every corner. The wash bowl, is non adjustable. Water goes everywhere, even down your back. The towels are disgusting. I was given a towel for my face, was covered in hair dye stains. In dire need of a overhaul, and hair dresser needs to learn some customer service skills. If it was up to me ,no stars
