Do not recommend for hair color I do not recommend this salon for any type of hair coloring. I did give them two stars, as they did try to correct the problem initially, however after two tries, My hair still looks awful. I don't want anyone in the same boat as myself, after spending $400 at Salon Surrey, I have another appointment at a salon to fix the damage caused here. Worst experience ever!!! I purchased a 2 groupons, one for myself, and the other as a gift for my daughter. The groupon was for the Salon at Surrey in Augusta, Georgia. We purchased them on Sunday and called all day on Monday to make an appointment. No one ever answered the phone and on the voicemail recording it stated that they were indeed open on Mondays. Finally on Tuesday we were able to get appointments for that day. We would both go at 1:45pm and two different girls do our hair. I was taken right away, while my daught... read more
