Shaunna is amazing!!!
First time trying this salon. A coworker recommended. I certainly did not get the results I was looking for and what I paid for. I went in for root touch up and as I had 10 weeks of regrowth showing. I barely had the foils in (maybe 10 minutes) before I was rushed to the shampoo bowl. The color didn’t lift at all! I asked why I didn’t process very long and the response was that she could tell my hair lifted color quickly. Very Wrong. After $200 plus I’m still gray and still dark at the roots. Not worth it.
