Judy is awesome! She is excellent with curly hair, and very knowledgeable . I'm so glad I found Judy.
I did a Google research for Salons in Chattanooga Tennessee that specializes in long hair perms and Salon Art was in the top 5 salons. I met with Judy for a consultation and she put me right at ease with her knowledge and listened to my wishes for a beautiful natural perm. I have waist length fine hair, Judy cut and added subtle layers before she permed my hair. The whole process took about 4 1/2 hours, and the end result was absolutely wonderful.
