I was referred to Jessa by someone I know and trust her opinion, and so far, I have been very impressed. My first visit I had a consult with Jessa, then the second was a trim/cut and style and lastly highlights. She is so good about asking questions and making sure she understands what you want, but also helpful in giving suggestions in her professional opinion. I appreciate that as I am not a hair person.
