I am a hair nightmare. I never know what cut or color I want. I put it all on Kate and she knocks it out of the park every time. I’ve never left unhappy. I get exactly the look I want, without knowing that’s what I wanted. And you’ve got to respect a woman who wears a belt full of scissors!
