What a fabulous experience. I felt taken care of the moment I walked in the door. Everyone from the woman who gives you a robe right on up to Kao is warm, professional, and attentive. Cheap, it ain't BUT as someone who lost a long-time stylist and had been traumatized trying to find a replacement, it was WELL worth it.
