Dawn was amazing! She was super patient with me when I decided to chop off all my hair after not having a haircut for almost 3 years.
I arrived on time for my appointment. I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes before I was acknowledged by an employee. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time and NO ONE let me know they’d be right with me, stylist was running behind or apologize for any delays. Not impressed!
Dawn is the best, always ready to do any cut and any style on you. From soccer mom to punk rock star. She is ready for anything you throw at her and she definitely can do it. I'm the type of customer that has the most wild of styles and hair color, that I like to change at the drop of a hat. Dawn is the gal for that! She is the most friendly and makes you feel at home or even your best friend!!
Cassie Carpenter is awesome!! She's the gal to go to!! She's been working for 3 months to reconstruct my damaged hair and has done an awesome job!!
