Wonderful Experience every time. Salon 8 staff is very professional and atmosphere is friendly. My stylist, Chelsea, is not only skilled but also takes the time to understand exactly what I want. Her suggestions are spot on. The highlight color she chose is gorgeous. My cut is beyond cute and perfect for my hair type, exactly what I was hoping for.
Asked for toner they didn’t listen to me and put color on my hair made all my highlights go away I specifically asked my highlights stay just different toner, my hair was damaged, yes but I wanted what i asked for Chelsea said after few wash my highlights will back , well it never went back and I communicate all in email so the manager offered me free treatment but my problem was color not treatment so I rejected My hair went to all black with all highlights disappeared so sad and frustrated
