I visited the store today at 4:45 PM to inquire about services and pricing. While I was speaking with the front desk associate, in the middle of the conversation she abruptly answered a phone call mid-conversation—without a “sorry” or “excuse me.” I stood there waiting until she finished, and still, no apology for the interruption. Honestly, if this is how they treat people in person, I don’t think this service deserves giving them my business.

Tessa did a phenomenal job on my hair! I’ve already gotten so many compliments on it. The group consultation was a very unique experience and made me feel special that there’s a team of people there to plan out your next style in a scientific manner. Super cool. Tessa was very kind and I liked her personality, and the instructor was very professional and experienced. My favorite is the entrance to the Salon, as I’m a musician and it was great seeing tribute to the style of rock and roll. I’d be happy to come back for sure.

They were able to take me as a walk in! When the stylist they originally set me up with was unable to see me right away they got me another. Ana was amazing! I trust her with all my hair needs. She talked to me about my lifestyle and how I can improve my hair care in my lifestyle !

I struggled to find a hairdresser after mine moved out of state and was lucky enough to find Chelsea at Salon 8. She listened very attentively to what I wanted and asked a lot of clarifying questions in order to make sure I’d be happy with the results of my color and cut. She was wonderful to converse with and has a very genuine energy about her. She is very skilled and I love my results. I’ll be continuing to book with her going forward and I’m happy to say I’ve finally found a new hairdresser! Thanks again, Chelsea!
