Kimberly is very unprofessional and rude . I made a hair appointment to get my hair down before my brother’s wedding. 30 minutes before the appointment she text saying she is running late and asks if she can move the appointment 15 minutes later . Once I get to the salon I have to wait another 20 minutes for her to show up ! By this time it’s 40 minutes after my schedule appointment and she says she has someone else booked so she can’t do my hair ! Danny is always friendly and smiling. Makes you feel welcome.
Amazing experience here with Courtney. The salon is cozy and clean and was greeted upon arrival and offered coffee. Courtney did a great job coloring, styling, and trimming my hair. She used quality products and took her time making sure I got exactly what I wanted. She is fun to chat with and I left with a big smile on my face.
