Have been using Thu, hairdresser to help change my hair from gray back to color. Thu has been informative and very patient throughout this entire process. In fact, she wasn't satisfoed with how it turned out, had me come back the next day for correction. No charge, who does that? Her customer service is outstanding. Great haircuts, also. Customer since February 2022.
