The customer service at this salon is #1. We were greeted promptly and everyone was friendly. Sarah is simply the best. She takes the time to listen to what you want and asks insightful questions. She is awesome with color, getting what my 16 year old wants perfect (which is not easy lol). She did a great job giving me a new style and teaching me how to do it myself at home. Highly recommend Sarah and salon 427.

I loooovvvveeee Salon 427 and Shelby is a fantastic artist! She knows what I want and delivers great color every time! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable in the environment and are always willing to help each other. Teamwork always impresses me and makes a business run smoother.
Both times I've gone it was an amazing experience.
Today was my first time there and as a model for hairstylist Emily. She was amazing , letting me know what she was doing along the way.
