I went there yesterday for the first time and absolutely loved everything about it!! The welcome sign up front was a super sweet touch, and you feel like a celeb the whole time you are there. Erin did my hair and she was super sweet and made sure to explain everything to me and did a fabulous job with everything. Everything was on point highly recommend it!
I'm one of those women that get so incredibly nervous getting my hair done..I blame a horrible experience when I was younger. To the point I avoid the salon. I have to say my experience today at this salon,is not like ANY I've ever experienced! Krys meets you at the door shows you around, shes so cute and personable. They offer you a drink, play great music,and make you feel very welcome. I was lucky enough to have Stephanie as my stylist..what a great job she did! Love, Love Salon 427. I am a mature lady & I love my stylist Shelby who coaches me to come out of my old lady look into current styles & coloring. Love being around all the young stylist. Have even had my sister from Maryland hair styled & colored by Shelby. Everyone from the Receptionist, Victoria to my Stylist, Shelby are so nice to me. It's almost like being with family. Lori Jo was my stylist, she listened to me and created a beautiful new look for me. Thank you Lori Jo! I would also like to share that the staff is ever courteous and very eager to please. The Wash House is a wonderful spa-like retreat. The entire experience is divine.
Never had such a great experience for a affordable price. Still in shock. Got treated like a vip. And my hair came out perfect. Owner was so personable and approachable. You could tell employees love their job.
