I have nothing but good things to say about Jen and the crew at Salon 414. They’re always kind, accommodating, and friendly! Both the client experience and the end result are top-notch. Highly recommend!
Zoe's attention to detail was refreshing! Honestly the best haircut this guy has had in a long time!
Hair was not cut even. I ask for 1 inch haircut and got 3 inches cut off. My hair was not even, I don't know if it was cut like that from the beginning or I end up loosing 3 inches because she wad trying to fix it and end up cutting that much. Had to go to a different salon to fix my hair. Now I had to pay more and lose more inches off my hair. Very disappointed for a "Luxury Salon". On the website they say 30 years of experience but it felt more like a newbie to me.
Zoe is amazing!!! Had my hair done somewhere else and they butched my ends and color. Zoe I can't thank you enough!! Sooo happy
Comfortable setting, friendly staff, and Zoe gave a great cut.
