Zoe is amazing!!! Had my hair done somewhere else and they butched my ends and color. Zoe I can't thank you enough!! Sooo happy

Salon 414 always feels serene and comfortable. It has an amazing esthetic and Jen, the owner and my stylist for well over 10 years, is a fantastic person. She's caring, professional and is the kind of person you want in your life.
I want to give a huge shout out to Jen! My son and I walked in Friday and he wanted to cut his long hair off and we did not have an appointment. She was painting and said if you give me 5 minutes to wash my hands I’ll take care of you! She was very kind and he walked out so extremely happy with his new look! I’d recommend them to anyone wanting great service in a heartbeat, thank you so much Jen for taking care of my boy!
I showed Maddy a photo of something new. She offered to try and it turned out great! Pink/white very subtle ombre manicure! She was very willing to try a new thing and offered if I didnt like it to redo it. She was very professional and friendly. I will def go back to this salon and see Maddy again!!
