I had a terrible experience at this salon. The owner, Mona, did my hair and waxing. The whole process was a little strange. My whole visit was rushed, and the final product showed it. She started cutting my hair before I felt like we had adequately discussed what I wanted. I asked for a trim, with slight layering added.
