Terrible customer service and lack of communication within. Double booked my appointment time and I am put on the back burner after waiting a month and a half to get in I am beyond irritated. Avoid the chaos and lack of good customer service!

You have been in to see us several times in the last 3 years. This once we had a lapse in communication. We are so sorry we upset your day. I was in need of a new stylist after leaving my former stylist of 20+ years and here's where I landed. I've never been disappointed with the cut or the highlight.
after they messed up my hair now they saying they can't take me as a client no more that to me is unprofessional all the way

The stylists at Salon 35 are AMAZING. We had hair and make up done by the staff at Salon 35 at the Pine Knob Mansion All 4 stylists were very talented and professional. It was a fun and relaxing afternoon. Naomi stayed with the bride until she was ready to walk down the isle. Wish I could give them more stars!
