First and last time I’ll ever get my hair cut here. I went in so excited for my haircut and proceeded to sit through the most uncomfortable haircut of my life. I have never had someone not greet me, no hi or anything, just a “sit over there”. Laura had the most unfriendly aura and didn’t once engage in conversation, just barked orders.

First time client. Salon needs to work on communication. Upon entering the salon few minutes early there was no hostess for check in. Another stylist pointed me to Laura’s chair and to take a seat. No one communicated to let me know Laura was running late. At 10:07 I asked a male at the desk and he did not apologize but instead said “it’s only been 7 minutes this is America. Tried Laura as a first time customer. Not sure if she was just having a bad day but zero customer service. She was there late and then asked me what perfume I was wearing and told me I smelled like a high school boy? Was willing to over look it if she actually gave me a good hair cut. When I left I was okay with it because she does give a good blow out. After coming home I realized it was nothing like I asked for.
