Worst service I have ever had. I had been a returning customer to this salon for almost a year and I go in to get a perm for the first time in a while (I get perms once a year for 10 years ) and walked out with straight hair. That’s right $80 thrown out the window! Asked if I could reschedule to get this redone and I was told that I should do it myself and was spoken very ugly to! This was by for not a southern charm experience but a nightmare. The owner of this shop does not know customer service along with her stylist. So ... read more
