Horrible customer service. Went back the next day to get my haircut fixed as it was uneven, choppy, and way shorter than I wanted to go, and was asked to come back later. All I wanted was someone to tell me my options to make it look better. After asking for a refund, the owner said I could have store credit and used a sad face :( in her response to my experience. Very very poor customer service. Will not be returning to this place EVER again.
