I had such a great experience at Salon 131! Sue did an amazing job with my hair — she nailed exactly what I wanted and executed it to perfection. She was pleasant, professional, and super efficient with her time, which I really appreciated. The salon itself is clean, friendly, and welcoming. From the easy scheduling process and helpful reminders to the actual appointment, everything was smooth and stress-free. Went to the salon for the first time today! Trice helped me at the desk, total sweetheart! Talked to me as I got my hair done with Monica. Monica was very nice, did a great job, listened and did what I asked. I received a color and cut. The owner spoke to me as well, very kind. I would recommend to anyone to go there. I had an amazing experience at Salon 131! Kaitlyn was absolutely fantastic—she somehow understood exactly what I wanted, even though I probably didn’t explain it all that well. She was quick, efficient, and gave me the perfect cut. I even trusted her to trim my bangs, which is very rare. I LOVE it! If you’re looking for a stylist who listens, delivers, and makes the whole process seamless, I highly recommend Kaitlyn. I’ll definitely be back!
