I had an amazing experience at Salon 131! Kaitlyn was absolutely fantastic—she somehow understood exactly what I wanted, even though I probably didn’t explain it all that well. She was quick, efficient, and gave me the perfect cut. I even trusted her to trim my bangs, which is very rare. I LOVE it! If you’re looking for a stylist who listens, delivers, and makes the whole process seamless, I highly recommend Kaitlyn. I’ll definitely be back!
I LOVE my hair! Kaitlyn was so awesome and easy to talk to in the chair. She had great relationships with everyone around her which stuck out to me. We laughed together and all. AND with the grind of finding a good stylist that does well with thick and curly hair within my budget… 12/10 Kaitlyn did amazing and I will indeed be coming back
Has the best Perm I have ever had. Sue is the best. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of getting and taking care of your hair. I will return again!
