I'm one of those people who usually doesn't bother with my hair much. I've been known to go 2+ years without getting so much as a trim. I had been to Salon 1281 a few times in the past, but never "clicked" with a stylist. That changed in November of 2016. I had an amazing stylist (Britney) who really listened to what I wanted and I received a fabulous cut/highlight. So I went back again for a trim a few weeks later.
