This place is amazing. They fixed my hair and got it back healthy after a mishap with another stylist (elsewhere not here) ruined my hair. Very friendly and reasonably priced. ��
Great color and I love the cut. Robert, Bridget and Heather are the best! Locally owned and all about customer service. Call at least a week ahead - the word is getting out about this great local salon!
This is a Grade A+ salon. The stylists all support each other and work well together to make it an enjoyable place to converse and laugh. My cuts are ALWAYS superb. Heather is my favorite. Robert makes me laugh. What else could you ask for?
Wow, I have never talked to someone at a hair salon that was so disengaging and rude over the phone. I called to see if i could get a simple cut before I go on vacation and asked for availability and all I received were snarky comments when I tried to confirm the days he was speaking of and my options (I asked availability between now and 4 days from now and he said “uhh I don’t know. 10 o clock”. This was my first appointment at Salon 121 and I made my appointment because of the reviews. Robert did exactly what I wanted, which was to take my hair as far toward platinum/white as he could without damaging it. It's a gorgeous light honey blonde, and next time will go lighter. With all that bottle red I had on my hair, I'm amazed he got it this light. Thanks Robert!
