Sal, DT and the rest of the staff are fantastic! My children trained at Sal's during high school and now I train with Sal at 67 years of age. Your age, physical condition, or experience with training doesn't matter. Sal and his folks will assess your situation and develop a great program for you. Then they stay with you all along your path. Even if you have injuries, they know how to aid your recovery. Show up, and you will see results!

The whole crew here at Salomon Fitness is absolutely amazing! I came to Sal in terrible shape. He did an evaluation with me, and met me where I was at. From there, he steadily and carefully ramped up the intensity to always challenge me. Sal has also built a sense of camaraderie and friendship within the classes. I go here for Physical Therapy and my Therapist Shanna has helped me so much. I had a broken arm and couldn't even wash my back amongst other things. Shanna worked with me until I had the same mobility and strength I had before the accident. I would definitely recommend them.
