I requested an appointment over a week ago and followed up with a call, but never received a response. After waiting without any communication, I went ahead and booked with another salon. Now, after they’ve finally accepted my appointment, I’ve tried to cancel it, but the phone number is no longer working and my messages remain unanswered. This level of service is extremely disappointing.

Alba García did my hair for the first time and let me tell you she did her thang !!!! I love everything o couldn’t quite decide on what to do and I told her to work her magic she gave me even better than what I was thinking !!!! I recommend her 100% 🩷 my new hair stylist

First time booking at Saló. Very clean calm space, easy to find and accessible parking. Paloma did my hair and she was great at understanding my request and giving me her professional opinion. Friendly, polite and professional. Already have my next appointment booked and will definitely book for my daughter too.
