Recently my mother in law was in hospital and then rehab. She had been getting services, which were spotty before she went to the hospital. When she returned, with a very new medical dx and new to a walker. The PT services were basically non existent. The PT came as she was near the end of her cert period had her walk down the hall and wasn’t even sure she needed services. She was new to the walker. My mother received excellent services from Salmon VNA. They visited her at the Branches of Marlboro. The hospice nurse, Karen, and other members of their team visited my mother regularly and frequently and the nurse, Karen,, called after her visits with my mother to let me know how she was doing. It was a wonderful experience and helped me to know my mother was being looked after. My mother died two days after her 97th birthday.
