Therese gave me a tour of both Salmon Run at Perry Creek and Canyon Pointe, and she made the entire experience outstanding. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about both communities. We have worked with the property for several years and have completed many projects. Along the way, we have received the attention to detail and commitment that Jocelyn, Justin, and Brandon have to meeting deadlines, which is truly impressive. This has contributed greatly to the success of all the projects, and we are grateful to have them in our client portfolio.
On top of paying high rent expect to pay over a thousand dollars in repairs and cleaning fees.
This review is for Brandon, in maintenance. I would give our overall experience at Salmon Run over the past 3 stars. Brandon has been on another level though! In the office I found Tracy to be pretty helpful.
If I can give a negative star I would.
