This review is for Brandon, in maintenance. I would give our overall experience at Salmon Run over the past 3 stars. Brandon has been on another level though! In the office I found Tracy to be pretty helpful.

Living here has been one of the most disappointing experiences. We moved into an apartment that was unfinished, with poor paintwork and multiple unresolved issues that management completely disregarded, despite us providing detailed documentation. Communication is poor, payment plans are unreliable, and there is little to no empathy for residents facing difficult times — instead, they overcharge at every opportunity. Off to a bit of a rocky start but I'm optimistic about our time here after working briefly with Stephanie from the leasing office. Initially we applied to an apartment here after a self-guided tour through a nicely renovated 2bd/2ba apartment. After being accepted and signing the lease we toured our new apartment for the first time after we were assured that the renovated apartment we toured at first was representative of the apartment we applied for.
