We have worked with the property for several years and have completed many projects. Along the way, we have received the attention to detail and commitment that Jocelyn, Justin, and Brandon have to meeting deadlines, which is truly impressive. This has contributed greatly to the success of all the projects, and we are grateful to have them in our client portfolio.
On top of paying high rent expect to pay over a thousand dollars in repairs and cleaning fees.
This review is for Brandon, in maintenance. I would give our overall experience at Salmon Run over the past 3 stars. Brandon has been on another level though! In the office I found Tracy to be pretty helpful.

Living here has been one of the most disappointing experiences. We moved into an apartment that was unfinished, with poor paintwork and multiple unresolved issues that management completely disregarded, despite us providing detailed documentation. Communication is poor, payment plans are unreliable, and there is little to no empathy for residents facing difficult times — instead, they overcharge at every opportunity.
